Silicone Coated Parchment Sheets – Cold Peel, High-Release

Our silicone coated parchment sheets are designed for use as industrial release liners, heat transfer protective parchment paper, heat transfer overlay sheets, and blowout tissue for sublimation printing. They protect images and heat presses during transfers, preventing inks or polymers from bleeding or sticking to your press or between fabric layers.

Note: Each sheet is reusable multiple times (typically 5–25 uses) as a protective overlays. They are recommended for one time use for plastisol transfer printing, residual ink may ruin the garment.

Applications:

• Ideal for one- or two-color cap transfers and drop-ins.

• Designed for straight plastisol inks in cold-peel applications with smooth, easy release.

• Important note: Not dimensionally stable; may shrink inconsistently. Not recommended for multi-color or tight-register printing. Always test for compatibility with your equipment and methods.

• Custom sizes available upon request, 8.5X11, 11X17, 15X15, 16X20

• Basis weight: 50# (lighter weights available for slip sheets or overlays)
