DTF Sheets for DTG Printers

Upgrade your DTG workflow with premium Instant Peel DTF transfer sheets.

DTG Machine Printing on DTF sheets

Our Direct-to-Film (DTF) sheets are perfect for use with DTG printers, giving you a flexible, cost-effective way to expand your garment printing capabilities.

What makes AW's DTF sheets Unique?

  • Double-Matte & Anti-Static Coated on Both Sides- Each sheet is anti-static coated on both sides to prevent static buildup and for Sheet Fed DTF printers, the unique double-matte surface keeps sheets flat and stable, eliminating slipping or misfeeds for perfect registration and consistent output every print run.

  • True Instant-Peel Film
Many “instant peel” sheets are just labeled that way — but ours actually deliver. Because we convert directly from our stocked instant-peel DTF rolls, you get genuine hot-peel performance every time.

  • Easy Orientation
Each sheet includes a small notch (or hole) in the top-right corner so you can instantly identify the print side,  no more wasted prints or guesswork.

  • Dual Ink-Receptive Layers
Two advanced coating layers maximize ink absorption and color vibrancy while preventing ink from pooling or “rivering.” The result: sharper details and more vivid, professional-grade transfers.

Why DTG Printers Are Using DTF Sheets

  • Save Time & Improve Workflow – Skip the Pretreatment Step
Eliminate messy pretreatment and streamline your production process.

  • Use the Equipment You Already Have – Universal Compatibility
Works seamlessly with most DTG printers and software, using the same textile inks and equipment you already have.

  • Better Quality Prints, Soft, Durable, Vibrant – Superior Film Quality
Our DTF sheets produce richer, more vibrant colors with a softer hand feel and excellent wash durability, offering better results than standard transfer films.

  • Faster Production – Instant Peel Options
Speed up turnaround times with films that peel immediately after pressing.

  • Get More Out of Your DTG Printer – Expand Beyond Cotton
DTF sheets make it possible to decorate polyester, nylon, spandex, rayon, and blends on both light OR dark garments.

  • Increase Productivity – Maximize Print Space & Output
Our 16" x 22" clear sheets maximize usable print space so you can gang multiple designs on one sheet. Cut them down and easily place transfers thanks to the transparent film, allowing you to produce more garments per machine hour versus printing directly onto one garment at a time.

⚡ Why Static Buildup on DTF Sheets Is Bad ⚡

1. Powder sticks where it shouldn’t.
Static causes the adhesive powder to cling to areas of the sheet where there’s no ink, instead of only bonding to the printed design. This leads to rough edges, specks of glue, and poor image quality after pressing.

2. Feeding and registration issues.
Static-charged sheets can stick together or misfeed in sheet-fed printers. This can throw off your registration or even jam the printer!

3. Inconsistent print results.
When static builds up, it can interfere with how ink lands on the sheet. You might see uneven coverage, banding, or pooling, particularly with white ink layers.

4. Dust and contamination.
Static attracts dust and fine particles from the environment, which can end up embedded in the film’s coating and affect both print quality and transfer clarity.
